How long does it take for my order to be processed and delivered?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Thereafter the time for delivery depends on the shipping service chosen: standard, expedited or express!
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed for a few days.
Please allow additional transit days for delivery. In the event of a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email or telephone.
How can I know where my order has arrived?
When your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. This will allow you to track your package until delivery.
How to calculate shipping costs?
The shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed when placing the order in your basket.
My package seems to be late in delivery, what can I do?
Delivery delays may occasionally occur, NOMADOG is not responsible for shipping delays, delays or missing packages. Please contact carrier for updates.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number(s). Tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
How does the exchange work if I took the wrong size?
If you chose the wrong size, simply request an exchange within 30 days of purchase. This does not apply to personalized items (these items are final sale). Please note that all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
What are the admission criteria for an exchange?
All exchanges must be sent with proof of purchase, item must be unused, undamaged, clean and hair free.
What is the warranty?
All of our products are rigorously field tested and we proudly guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship. We use high quality materials for all of our products, but they are not indestructible. Do not hesitate to contact us via chat or email our customer service department, they will be happy to answer your questions. Please be sure to inspect the product before using it.
Do you offer to manufacture products with custom sizes?
